If you want to return a product to Laptop Power LLC, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request one here. Any items which are sent back without an accompanying RMA number cannot be processed. Such items will be returned to sender if possible. Once you have submitted your request for an RMA number you will receive an email with your RMA number and a returns form. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package when you return it. Please complete the returns form and return it with the item (inside the parcel), stating whether you would prefer a replacement product or a refund, along with your order number and the reason for returning the item.
Any items which are returned within 30 days from receiving the order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit. When you return an item please note that all products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain original boxes and packing materials in the condition in which they were supplied. If parts of the item are not returned, or the item is not in a resalable condition then the return will be sent back to the customer.
All items on our website carry a our one year warranty. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items if they are being returned because they are unwanted. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items, under our return to base one year product warranty. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. Any items received which require shipping chargers to be paid will be rejected. In instances where an incorrect, faulty or incompatible product has been received by the customer, reimbursement will be made for the standard shipping fee.
Laptop Power LLC strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Any items which are damaged in transit while being returned to us will not be processed, and will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Defective returns can be returned directly to Laptop Power LLC within 12 months of purchase. A replacement product will be issued, which does not extend the product warranty in any way. After 30 days from receipt of the product, only replacements will be issued within the warranty period. A refund will only be processed if Laptop Power LLC are not able to provide a replacement or equivalent product. Any items which show signs of customer misuse will not be replaced or refunded, and will be returned to the customer at their request and their cost. Non-Defective Returns can be accepted directly by Laptop Power LLC within 30 days from receipt, at Laptop Power LLC’s discretion for credit, exchange or refund.
Damaged Items: If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify Laptop Power LLC immediately, within 48 hours of receipt at the latest. Reporting a damaged item after this period is too late for a replacement or a refund to be provided. Laptop Power LLC recommend you check your goods immediately for damage, and if found, to report to our sales team right away.
When returned items are received back by Laptop Power LLC, they will be processed in 1-3 working days, and either a replacement product, credit or a refund will be issued in this item. Replacement items may take 1-7 working days from the date they are shipping by Laptop Power LLC.
If you would like to cancel an order before it is received please contact us. In some instances this may be possible, if the other has already been processed then the item cannot be stopped. In this instance please request an RMA number so that you can return the item once it arrives. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and shipping charges are non-refundable in this instance. We recommend contacting us via phone to cancel an order, as this gives the best chance of being able to stop the order before it is processed. Please note that we process and dispatch our items extremely quickly, and that in many instances cancellation will be too late.
Packages Lost in Transit
If you item is lost in transit then we will contact the shipping company to track the item. It may take up to 10 days for the shipping company to confirm that the item has been lost. It this occurs, then we will ship a replacement item to you, once you have confirmed that the original shipping address is correct. Replacement items must be shipped to the same address which the order was placed under. If the item has been lost due to the customer providing an incorrect address, then no replacement or refund will be issued. Laptop Power LLC encourages customers to check their order details carefully before submitting them, as we are no liable for any items which do not arrive due to incorrect information. Order details cannot be changed once an order has been processed.
