Q. How do I know which adapter I need?
A. To find the correct adapter you can use the four drop-down menus located at the top of our home page. Simply identify the Make, Model and Series of your machine and make the appropriate choices. Alternatively, you can type your laptop model or adapter part number directly into the search box. To be sure you are ordering the correct model, where possible, please check that the voltage, amps and pin size are correct. Please check that the output amps charger you purchase is equal to or higher than your old charger, please ensure that the voltage is +/- 1V of the output of your old charger. If you are having trouble finding the correct item, please contact our dedicated sales team using the ‘Quick Contact Form’.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Any orders made before 1pm EST will be dispatched on the same working day. There are a number of delivery options avaliable for customers to choose from. Standard delivery is 1-5 business days, Expedited delivery is 1-2 days and Priority delivery is next business day. International orders are shipped via FedEx and is 1-3 business days.
Q. Is the online payment secure?
A. Yes – all our online payments are processed through Authorize.net, the leading data encryption system available. Customers can be assured that none of their details will be made available to third parties.
Q. How long is the warranty?
A. All items come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Laptop Power LLC will replace any defective items within this period. Replacement items do not extend or restart the 12 month warranty.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our sales team via the "Quick Contact Form" located on our home page. A returns form will then be issued. You will be given a RMA number to write on the outside of the parcel when you return the item. We endeavor to process all returned products on the same day they are received.
Q. Are Laptop Power USA's items high quality?
A. Laptop Power USA sources from only the finest quality suppliers. All our suppliers and products are CE certificated and safety approved. Our items are premium quality replacement items, and either match or exceed the original equipment manufacturers’ specifications. We typically supply Delta, Liteon, Hipro and AcBel laptop chargers, who are the main manufacturers for well known brands such as Dell, HP, Toshiba, Sony etc. We recommend you purchase a high quality charger such as ours, rather than a cheap generic replacement, which can damage your notebook.
Q. Are there any additional costs during checkout?
A. No - the price you see on the item page is the price delivered to your door! There are no extra charges added on throughout our checkout process. Sales tax is only applicable to Florida residents.
Q. Are your products genuine?
A. All products are Laptop Power USA branded unless otherwise explicitly stated. In most instances we supply Delta, Liteon, HiPro or AcBel chargers. These are laptop charger manufacturers and will be of equal quality to your original charger. We make particular emphasis to the fact that Laptop Power USA has no affiliation with Toshiba and does not supply Toshiba branded products. All instances of the use of the trademark 'Toshiba' are solely for identification purposes and compatibility information.
